ORDER PROCESSING：

• Private custom orders processing typically takes 1-3 business days, except during holiday/high-traffic seasons, where it may take slightly longer.
• Production time for bulk orders is approximately 15 to 30 business days (depending on the order quantity), and we will communicate with you via email to discuss the specific timeframe.
• Please note that processing time is separate from transit times.

TRANSIT TIMES：

The normal delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. If you need expedited delivery, you can communicate with our staff and we will arrange a faster courier service depending on the situation. However, the shipping cost may be slightly higher.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• We will confirm the drawings or logo with you before production begins.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Due to their customized nature, they cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
• Delivery times are subject to the respective shipping carriers.
• We are not liable for delayed or lost packages.
• Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• In cases of packages being returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the item, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
